Pricing for Our Services
One of the first questions a lot of people ask is, “How much does it cost to….?” Here’s how we base our pricing.
We have a minimum charge of $138 for any service visit.
We consider a standard room to be 200 square feet or less. Rooms larger than 200 square feet will be charged for the extra square footage at these rates:
Carpet: Basic Clean $0.30 – $0.40 per square foot.
Carpet: Clean & Protect $0.40 – $0.50 per square foot.
Tile & Grout: Up to $0.70 per square foot.
These prices are estimates for residential homes, and may vary depending on location and the condition of the surface to be cleaned.

Carpet Cleaning
Basic Clean – per room
A thorough carpet cleaning to refresh your carpet and promote a healthy home.
Clean & Protect – per room
A thorough carpet cleaning with an application of our premium carpet fiber protection to keep your carpet looking better for longer.
Carpet Topical Deodorizer – per room
This treatment eliminates odors at the source, leaving carpets smelling clean and inviting. Results not guaranteed if the smell has permeated the pad and walls.
Enzyme Treatment
This treatment helps break down tough stains, odors, and organic residues. Ideal for homes with pets.

Tile & Grout – per room
A thorough cleaning for tile and grout lines.
Tile & Grout – small area/room
A thorough cleaning for tile and grout lines in areas/rooms 75 square feet or less. (small bathrooms, halls, etc.)
Vinyl Flooring (LVT, LVP, Linoleum)
A thorough deep clean for all of your vinyl flooring.
